UX Researcher & Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic User Experience Researcher/Designer with 2+ years of professional experience to join our growing team. In this role you will research user needs and design intuitive, user‑centered experiences across multiple digital applications and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute research studies ranging from quick usability tests to deeper discovery to uncover user needs.
• Translate complex behavioral data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence design and product decisions.
• Collaborate with product teams, designers, and data analysts to ensure findings drive real change.
• Maintain high standards for the research toolkit and stay inspired by the latest UX trends.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes under the guidance of the Team Lead.
• Participate in design reviews and critiques, applying UX best practices to solutions.
• Continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow UX skills.

Required profile

• Foundational background in UX research with experience in qualitative and quantitative methods such as surveys and usability testing.
• Familiarity with tools like Maze, Hotjar, Figma, and AntropicClaude.
• Strong interest or experience in the gambling industry is a major plus.
• Natural drive to understand the reasons behind user actions and ability to tell a story with data.
• Comfortable with fast‑turnaround studies and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, team‑player mindset and eagerness to learn daily.
