UX/UI Product Designer for AI-Powered Short-Term Rental Platform

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑driven platform that automates short‑term rental operations. We are looking for a highly ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to turn complex workflows into simple, beautiful experiences for property managers, operational teams and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Own design from problem definition and user research through prototypes, final interfaces and implementation reviews.
• Speak with operators and internal teams to understand pain points and translate them into clear user journeys.
• Turn complex requirements into wireframes and polished interfaces for dashboards, AI interactions, onboarding, and booking flows.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs work with real data, edge cases and technical constraints.
• Test ideas early, incorporate feedback and iterate after launch.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate exploration while maintaining high design standards.
• Identify problems, propose solutions and drive them to completion.

Required profile

• A strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and excellent visual design.
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards or applications with complex workflows.
• Excellent judgement in typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour and responsive design.
• Ability to simplify complex information without hiding needed details.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working with engineers.
