VIP Account Manager – French Speaking

About the role

As a VIP Account Manager you will be the primary point of contact for French‑speaking high‑value players, delivering a premium service that drives satisfaction, retention and revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless VIP journey and to identify opportunities for personalized offers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of French‑speaking VIP players, providing top‑level customer experience.
• Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships and proactively introduce new offers, bonuses and exclusive promotions.
• Monitor player activity and trends to spot opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Address inquiries, resolve issues quickly and act as the go‑to contact for VIP clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver an exceptional VIP journey.
• Prepare regular reports on player activity, performance and retention metrics.

Required profile

• Native‑level French and excellent spoken and written English.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a VIP or account management role within the iGaming/gambling industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and KPIs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM tools.
