VIP Account Manager (German-speaking)

About the role

As a VIP Account Manager you will build and maintain strong relationships with German‑speaking VIP players, ensuring exceptional service, player satisfaction, and driving retention and growth within your portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of German‑speaking VIP players, delivering top‑level customer experience.
• Proactively contact players to introduce new offers, bonuses, and exclusive promotions.
• Monitor player activity and trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Provide tailored solutions and personalized service to maximize engagement.
• Act as the primary contact for VIP players, resolving inquiries and issues quickly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional VIP journey.
• Prepare regular reports on player activity, performance, and retention metrics.
• Contribute to strategies for increasing player loyalty and lifetime value.

Required profile

• Native‑level German and excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 2+ years experience in a VIP/Account Management role within the iGaming or gambling industry.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand player needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Good organizational, time‑management, and analytical skills.
