Warehouse Manager – Novi Sad

About the role

Heineken Serbia is seeking a motivated Warehouse Manager to lead its Novi Sad warehouse operations. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost‑effective handling of goods while supporting the company’s commitment to quality and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain safety and sustainability standards across all warehouse processes.
• Plan and budget resources (staff, space, equipment) for long‑term efficiency.
• Oversee goods movement, inventory control, stock quality, and storage.
• Manage assets, equipment, and continuous‑improvement initiatives (TPM, LEAN).
• Produce regular reports on warehouse activities and performance.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team, including outsourced service providers.
• Participate actively in warehouse‑related projects and collaborate with OpCo Logistics colleagues.

Required profile

• University degree in Logistics, Economics, Management or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of supply‑chain experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong understanding of warehouse budgeting, planning, and financial aspects.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Power BI (advantage).
• Experience working in SAP environments.
• Knowledge of TPM and LEAN continuous‑improvement methodologies.
