Welcome Service Associate

About the role

The Welcome Service Associate ensures a seamless and professional experience for visitors to Schneider Electric. You will coordinate business visits, hospitality services, accommodation, and related administrative tasks, guaranteeing high‑quality service throughout each guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to organize and schedule corporate visits.
• Plan and manage hotel accommodations, restaurant reservations and other hospitality services in line with visitor requirements and internal procedures.
• Arrange additional activities or events based on visit agendas.
• Review invoices, validate supplier services and prepare invitation letters when needed.
• Create SAP purchase orders for all visitor‑related costs and maintain related documentation.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve the overall visitor experience.
• Prepare reports and maintain procedures and guidelines for visitor management.

Required profile

• Higher education degree, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Event Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination, corporate travel or visitor management.
• Strong organizational, planning and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and pay close attention to detail.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
