YouTube Content Lead

About the role

Animaccord is seeking a YouTube Content Lead to oversee the operational development and performance of its network of around 50 YouTube channels. Reporting to the Head of YouTube Team, you will coordinate content managers, designers and video editors while driving channel growth and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor revenue, views and key performance indicators across the channel network and conduct plan‑vs‑actual analysis.
• Identify performance deviations, investigate root causes and develop action plans to meet targets.
• Formulate and test growth hypotheses, evaluate results and scale successful approaches.
• Coordinate the work of content managers, designers and video editors, set priorities and improve workflows.
• Prepare regular performance reports and contribute to KPI development.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing YouTube channels.
• Strong practical knowledge of YouTube Studio and YouTube Analytics.
• Proven ability to analyse metrics, identify issues and implement data‑driven solutions.
• Experience in team leadership, people management or operational project management.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
