Accommodation Zone Coordinator

About the role

The Accommodation Zone Coordinator is responsible for the daily operational management of an assigned accommodation zone, ensuring that all facilities, equipment, and supporting services function smoothly and are ready for use.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities within the assigned accommodation zone.
• Monitor the functionality of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure, promptly identifying and resolving operational issues.
• Organise and coordinate work of internal teams and external service providers to guarantee uninterrupted zone operation.
• Conduct regular site visits and quality checks covering maintenance, hygiene, safety, and overall condition.
• Oversee maintenance activities and track the execution of reported interventions and faults.
• Maintain operational records and prepare reports on facility status, performed actions, and identified irregularities.
• Collaborate with logistics, maintenance, security, housekeeping, and other relevant units to resolve operational challenges efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards in accommodation management.
• Participate in preparation and execution of operational activities during test events and operational rehearsals.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education (IV level); preferably higher education (VI or VII) in management, construction, engineering, hospitality, tourism or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in operational supervision, facility management, hotel operations, logistics or similar roles.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and service providers is an advantage.
• Knowledge of facility management principles, building maintenance, and operational coordination.
• Proficiency in Serbian; knowledge of English is desirable.

Required skills

• Strong command of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CAFM/FM systems or other maintenance management software.
