Account Manager – Telecommunications

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive the promotion and sales of our telecommunications products and services. The role focuses on building strong partnerships with existing and potential channel partners, optimizing sales volumes, and championing marketing initiatives across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the strategy and roadmap for the assigned product/service line in line with management objectives.
• Lead partner relationships, ensuring alignment with company strategy and fostering long‑term collaboration.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channels and clients to expand sales.
• Build and manage a comprehensive channel/customer database, analyse data and develop metrics to evaluate loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Conduct market research and on‑site visits to specify market requirements for current and future offerings.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from quotation to collection, tracking credit performance and resolving payment issues.
• Generate revenue and profitability for the entire product line, delivering accurate sales forecasts and market development reports.
• Implement targeted marketing programs, monitor progress and provide recommendations.
• Promote the company and its services throughout the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in account management, sales or channel development within the telecommunications sector.
