About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support Agent who can communicate fluently in German and English. The position is fully remote, offering a stable, full‑time opportunity to assist customers of an international company.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through various support channels (phone, email, chat).
- Provide accurate information, guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
- Record and track customer requests in line with internal procedures.
- Maintain service quality standards and follow company policies.
Required profile
- Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills and a responsible attitude.
- Organized, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
