Business Account Manager – Telecom

About the role

Apple is seeking a senior, commercially driven professional to expand its footprint in the business segment across leading carriers in the Adria region. You will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, identifying opportunities, building strong partner relationships, and translating plans into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth across carriers in the region.
• Build and develop strong relationships with carrier sales teams and key business stakeholders.
• Manage and grow the pipeline from opportunity identification to deal closure.
• Identify new opportunities within enterprise, SMB, and vertical segments.
• Develop and execute market‑specific account plans and growth strategies.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure execution.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and continuously optimise the approach.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or channel development, preferably in the business segment.
• Strong understanding of the carrier or technology ecosystem.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and close complex deals.
• Comfortable working with data, forecasts, and sales pipelines.
• Skilled at building relationships and influencing senior decision‑makers.
• Self‑driven, structured, and comfortable operating with a high level of ownership.
• Fluent in English and a local language (Slovenian or Serbian/Croatian).
