Business Development Manager – Remote (Profit‑Share)

About the role

RED A Consulting & Negotiation Trainings is seeking a remote Business Development Manager to expand its footprint across several European markets. This is an independent consultant position that rewards you with a profit‑share model rather than a fixed salary.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities in Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Italy and Greece.
• Conduct outbound outreach and build a robust commercial pipeline.
• Design tailored proposals for prospective clients.
• Co‑close deals and negotiate contract terms.
• Support marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility.

Required profile

• Strong entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in training/coaching, B2B sales, or marketing communications is a plus.
• Fluent English; German or French language skills are advantageous.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely, directly with the founder.
• Motivated by upside potential and ownership rather than a fixed paycheck.
