Business Operations Consultant II (Professional Services)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Operations Consultant II to partner with Professional Services leadership, driving operational excellence, financial performance and resource optimization across the organization. The role provides financial and operational analysis to support strategic planning, forecasting and informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Billing, Revenue Recognition, Project Managers and Professional Services Managers to ensure accurate revenue and cost recognition.
• Perform month‑end closing activities and support related financial reporting processes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth, operational effectiveness and profitability.
• Monitor, analyze and report on key performance indicators such as revenue, gross margin, utilization and productivity.
• Support forecasting and financial planning for revenue, costs, orders and resources.
• Develop, maintain and enhance reporting dashboards for leadership teams.
• Drive planning, forecasting and monthly business review activities.
• Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of global Professional Services processes and policies.
• Provide insightful business analysis and recommendations to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in business operations, finance, business analysis or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Organizational Science or a comparable discipline.
