Ceremonies Delivery Assistant

About the role

The Ceremonies Delivery Assistant supports the planning and execution of ceremonies, parades and related program activities for a large international project. You will work closely with international participant teams, volunteers and production staff to ensure smooth, safe and on‑time delivery of each event.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support for ceremonies, parades and other program activities.
• Coordinate activities with international participant teams and relevant internal teams.
• Monitor programme execution against the defined schedule, procedures and safety protocols.
• Assist in organising and supervising rehearsals and on‑the‑day event delivery.
• Track preparation and delivery of ceremony content.
• Manage volunteers and contracted team members assigned to specific tasks.
• Respond promptly to operational challenges and changes during events.
• Maintain records of activities and prepare reports for supervisors.
• Collaborate with producers, organisational teams and other stakeholders to achieve successful programme outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education (SSS – IV level).
• 1–3 years of experience in event organisation or delivery, preferably with ceremonies, festivals, sports or corporate events.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple activities and teams simultaneously.
• Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level) for daily interaction with international participants.
• Experience in live‑event operational support and coordination.
• Experience in television or editorial work is a plus.
