Client Sales Representative – US Freight Market

About the role

USCargo Shark Inc is seeking a motivated Client Sales Representative to drive growth in the US freight market. You will manage existing shipper relationships while actively prospecting new accounts, ensuring timely and cost‑effective transportation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new shipper accounts across the United States.
• Conduct daily cold calls and outbound email campaigns.
• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Quote competitive rates based on current market trends.
• Secure daily and weekly freight commitments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to oversee shipments from pickup to delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in logistics or transportation.
• Active book of business is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, for daily communication with US clients.
• Strong negotiation abilities and timing instincts.
• Organised, level‑headed, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using email and dialer tools for outreach.
