Continuous Improvement & Learning Manager – Finance

About the role

The Continuous Improvement & Learning Manager drives learning excellence, process governance, knowledge management and continuous improvement within the Finance Knowledge Centre's Working Capital operations. Partnering with Finance Operations, Global Process Owners, HR and Transformation teams, the role shapes a high‑performing, future‑ready organisation through standardised onboarding, capability development and effective change adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the KC onboarding and training framework, ensuring LMS utilisation aligns with global principles.
• Own and continuously evolve the KC training portfolio, aligning it with business objectives and operational excellence standards.
• Set and govern training quality standards and KPIs to accelerate employee proficiency and time‑to‑productivity.
• Develop, coach and support trainers, mentors and subject‑matter experts to deliver high‑quality learning experiences.
• Lead a team of CI & Learning experts and provide functional leadership to Process Excellence SMEs.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning, operational excellence, collaboration and innovation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance operations or finance‑related learning and development.
• Strong background in continuous improvement, process governance and knowledge management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams of learning and CI professionals.
• Excellent partnership skills with HR, transformation and global process owners.
