Creative Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Strategist to lead the development of high‑performing advertising creatives for our fast‑growing DTC skincare and supplement brands. Working closely with strategists, video editors, designers, UGC creators and media buyers, you will help lower customer acquisition costs across multiple European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise new ad ideas, hooks, angles and scripts that drive direct‑response results.
• Analyse creative performance data to uncover optimisation opportunities.
• Brief copywriters, designers, editors and UGC creators on creative direction.
• Research competitors, target audiences and emerging creative trends.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social‑media and advertising developments.
• Iterate rapidly on winning concepts to maximise the volume of successful ads.

Required profile

• Proven experience in DTC or e‑commerce, preferably in beauty, skincare or wellness.
• Strong grasp of direct‑response marketing principles and consumer psychology.
• Excellent copywriting ability and data‑driven mindset.
• Performance‑oriented and comfortable working at speed.
• Continuous learner eager to test and improve creative ideas.
