CRM Consultant – Sales & Service Cloud

About the role

NETCONOMY is looking for a CRM Consultant to guide clients through the full lifecycle of CRM projects, from pre‑sales workshops to solution design and implementation. You will work primarily with SAP Intelligent Sales and Service Cloud, helping customers modernise their sales and service processes.

Key responsibilities

• Accompany customers strategically from pre‑sales through design to implementation of CRM solutions.
• Conduct workshops to capture, analyse and document requirements, turning them into innovative solutions.
• Configure and adapt SAP Intelligent Sales / Service Cloud and related CRM platforms.
• Support development teams in creating integration scenarios between the CRM solution and the client’s existing landscape.
• Collaborate with other customer‑experience products and ERP systems to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP C4C or similar.
• At least 3 years designing technical solutions and system architectures.
• Strong understanding of sales and service processes (lead‑to‑cash, ticket lifecycle).
• Proficiency in German and English (minimum B2 level).
• Willingness to travel 15‑20 % of the time and strong intercultural competence.
