CRM Marketing Manager – World of Warships (PC)

About the role

Wargaming Belgrade is looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to own end‑to‑end CRM campaigns for World of Warships on PC. You will shape audience and channel strategy, create copy and assets, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and analyse results to continuously improve engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify target audiences and expand product communication across email, in‑game channels and push notifications.
• Design, build and launch CRM campaigns from concept to delivery.
• Write, proofread and validate campaign texts, then collaborate with localisation for all markets.
• Maintain mobile‑friendly, channel‑appropriate templates.
• Develop segmentation, personalization and testable hypotheses.
• Scope, assign and manage tasks for design, development, localisation and BI teams.
• Track campaign performance, produce actionable recommendations and report impact to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with communication policies and best practices.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience as a CRM Manager or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with a CRM/marketing‑automation platform (e.g., Emarsys, SendPulse, Braze, Iterable).
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects from brief to delivery.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with campaign and customer data.
• Fluent English (upper‑intermediate or higher) and currently residing in Belgrade or nearby.

Required skills

• Emarsys, SendPulse, Braze, Iterable or similar CRM platform.
• Basic SQL for segmentation and campaign logic.
• Graphics editors, HTML and Excel proficiency.
• Daily use of AI tools for content drafting, data preparation and reporting.
