Customer Care Advisor – US Shift

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join our Global Customer Care Team. You will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers, providing prompt, professional, and friendly assistance across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat using CRM and ITSM systems.
• Resolve product and service issues accurately, courteously and within agreed turnaround times.
• Document interactions, track requests and ensure quality responses.
• Prioritize and handle sensitive situations, escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in mentorship programs.
• Investigate straightforward issues and enhancement requests, keeping stakeholders informed.

Required profile

• Proficient level of English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in customer‑facing roles.
• Good analytical skills.
