Customer Payment Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Payment Agent to join our fast‑growing iGaming company. In this role you will ensure that player withdrawals are processed accurately, securely and in line with our internal policies while delivering a high‑quality payment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process player withdrawals accurately, efficiently and according to internal procedures.
• Review and verify payment documentation, ensuring compliance with KYC/AML requirements.
• Collaborate with Support and VIP teams to provide seamless payment experiences for customers.
• Monitor transaction patterns, identify irregularities and escalate potential risks.
• Support continuous improvement of payment processes, procedures and internal workflows.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Payment Agent.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Experience in iGaming or another fast‑paced industry is a strong advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Collaborative team player with a customer‑focused attitude.
