Customer Service Representative – Chinese Language

About the role

Mebit is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives fluent in Chinese to deliver top‑quality support via live chat and email. You will join a dynamic, international team focused on ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of service processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous assistance to customers through live chat and email.
• Answer product or service inquiries, resolve issues, and offer relevant information.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge to support customers effectively.
• Document interactions accurately and keep thorough case records.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to solve challenging customer problems.
• Identify and suggest improvements to customer service workflows.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal Chinese language skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability with a patient, empathetic approach.
• Detail‑oriented and well‑organized.
• Comfortable working rotating 3‑shift schedules, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs).
• Experience using Slack for team communication.
• Familiarity with Airtable for data management.
• Knowledge of Intercom for customer support interactions.
