Customer Service Representative – English Speaking

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who will provide English‑language support to our clients via live chat and email. The role is based in our modern office and involves interacting with customers, solving issues and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly through live chat and email.
• Resolve product or service questions and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and document all interactions accurately.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to address customer needs.
• Identify and suggest improvements to support processes.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude with patience and empathy.
• Ability to work rotating three‑shift schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Detail‑oriented and organized.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets).
• Experience using Slack for internal communication.
• Familiarity with Intercom or similar customer‑support platforms.
