Customer Support Agent – Arabic language

About the role

Workanova is seeking a bilingual Arabic-speaking Customer Support Agent to join its global BPO team. You will provide high‑quality assistance to customers across fintech, iGaming and eCommerce sectors via phone, chat and email, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Interact proficiently with various online systems and tools.
• Deliver accurate, complete information using appropriate methods.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, live chat and email.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints following operational procedures.
• Maintain documentation and follow up on tickets as required.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) and strong English proficiency.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in iGaming, fintech or online entertainment.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, shift‑based office environment.
• Good computer literacy and quick learning of new systems.

Required skills

• Experience with live chat platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of ticketing tools.
