Customer Support Agent (Spanish) – Live Chat

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent fluent in Spanish to join our fast‑growing iGaming team in Belgrade. You will be the first point of contact for Spanish‑speaking players, delivering professional and friendly assistance through live chat and email in a highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Interact efficiently with a variety of online systems and tools.
• Provide accurate, complete information to customers using the appropriate methods.
• Respond to player inquiries via live chat and email promptly.
• Handle and help resolve customer complaints.
• Follow operational procedures for every customer interaction.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) and strong English proficiency.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in iGaming, online entertainment, Fintech or similar sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, shift‑based office environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, multitasking and computer literacy.
