Customer Support Specialist Internship

About the role

UkisAI is looking for a motivated Customer Support Specialist Intern to be the first point of contact for users of its AI products. You will help users resolve issues, answer questions clearly, and ensure a smooth experience while gaining hands‑on exposure to cutting‑edge AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries via email and chat with patience and clarity.
• Troubleshoot common problems and document repeatable solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering with detailed information.
• Contribute to help documentation, FAQs, and onboarding material.
• Identify recurring user pain points and relay feedback to product and engineering teams.

Required profile

• Excellent written English and the ability to explain concepts simply.
• Patience, empathy, and genuine care for users.
• Strong organizational skills to track and follow up on tickets.
• Interest in AI products and a willingness to learn technical details.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ticketing or support tooling systems.
