DevSecOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to shape the security posture of high‑scale cloud environments. You will own the security roadmap, automate pipelines and embed security practices directly within our engineering teams. This is a fully on‑site position that offers immediate impact and close collaboration with world‑class developers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic security roadmap and DevSecOps culture across the organization.
• Architect secure Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, Istio, and service‑mesh configurations.
• Mentor and train DevOps teams on secure architectural patterns.
• Deploy and configure Open Policy Agent (OPA) and advanced virtualization security analyzers.
• Harden CI/CD pipelines and secure IaC frameworks such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Integrate continuous security scanning tools into deployment pipelines.
• Automate complex security processes and compliance checks.

Required profile

• Strong background in DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines and cloud security (AWS or GCP).
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, service‑mesh technologies and configuration management tools.
• Proven ability to audit cloud infrastructure, identify risks and implement mitigations.
• Deep knowledge of identity & access management and secrets management solutions.
• Understanding of secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) and OWASP SAMM v2.
