Early Talent Recruiter

About the role

Tenstorrent is building the future of AI compute and needs a proactive Early Talent Recruiter to shape its university and early‑career pipeline. Based in Belgrade, you will own the full campus recruiting cycle, from school selection to offer acceptance, and help define the talent strategy for a fast‑growing hardware and software organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute university recruiting strategies, selecting target schools and building partnerships with career centers and student groups.
• Manage the end‑to‑end internship and new‑grad hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the Early Talent Program Manager to define candidate profiles and calibrate hiring standards.
• Analyze funnel metrics (applications, conversions, acceptance rates) to continuously improve the recruiting motion.
• Enhance Tenstorrent’s talent brand among early‑career candidates, maintaining long‑term relationships even when positions are not filled.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a full campus recruiting cycle, from school selection to offer closure.
• Strong judgment and influencing skills to partner with hiring managers and set hiring bars without formal authority.
• Data‑driven mindset, able to translate recruitment metrics into actionable decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with a respectful, candidate‑centric approach.
