Entry-Level Implementation Consultant (Belgrade)

About the role

Fast Enterprises is seeking an entry‑level Implementation Consultant to join its Belgrade office. You will work on government‑focused software projects, helping agencies adopt and configure FAST’s solutions for tax, motor vehicle, driver licensing, unemployment insurance and child support.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to configuration, development, testing and production support.
• Collaborate on‑site with client teams to understand business needs and translate them into system configurations.
• Customize client‑specific functionality using FAST tools, VB.Net or C# within the application UI.
• Write and modify SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data in relational databases.
• Identify, investigate and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality of client data and comply with company policies and relevant laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in both Serbian and English, with legal right to work in Serbia.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities, comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
