Field Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our Belgrade team. You will build new customer relationships in the field, understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, visit and contact potential and existing B2B customers to achieve sales targets.
• Assess customer needs, propose appropriate products and services, and negotiate prices and delivery times within authority limits.
• Close sales orders to meet revenue goals and maintain an up‑to‑date CRM database.
• Stay informed on product knowledge, market trends and sales techniques through continuous training.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve overall performance.
• Manage your own sales pipeline and ensure required activities are performed to meet targets.

Required profile

• Diploma in business, marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record in field B2B sales, preferably with at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong business acumen, understanding of customer focus industries, market trends and buyer personas.
• Experience selling value‑based services and handling price‑only objections.
• Excellent face‑to‑face communication and negotiation skills.
