Field Sales Representative

About the role

Fortuna Digital Group is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to expand its presence in the digital printing market. You will work directly with customers across an assigned region, delivering tailored sales solutions and building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales approaches for the assigned territory.
• Define individual sales plans based on customer needs, market share and profitability, in collaboration with your supervisor.
• Prepare and manage sales negotiations, including pricing and commercial terms.
• Provide advisory and informational support to customers and actively participate in marketing events.
• Collect and analyse market, pricing and competition data; keep the CRM updated within 48 hours.
• Deliver training sessions for customer sales representatives and optimise visit routes to maximise face‑to‑face time.
• Promote the full product portfolio, identify cross‑selling opportunities and ensure an optimal mix of products and value‑added services for each client.
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and support accurate customer segmentation.

Required profile

• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Good knowledge of customers, market trends, competitors and relevant products/services.
• Experience using reporting tools such as QV and Pivotal.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong business and sales technique knowledge.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
