Finance Officer (Finansijski/a službenik/ca)

About the role

REDI Serbia is seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join its team in Belgrade. The role focuses on managing the financial aspects of EU‑funded projects, ensuring compliance with public procurement rules and contributing to the economic empowerment of the Roma community.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial management of projects financed by the European Union.
• Implement procurement procedures in line with PRAG/ePRAG guidelines.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and statements for donors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor expenditures, ensure proper documentation, and support audits.
• Collaborate with program staff to align financial planning with project objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management.
• At least 2 years working on EU‑funded projects.
• Proven experience with EU procurement rules (PRAG/ePRAG).
• Fluent in Serbian and English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
