Financial Controller

About the role

AMA Group is seeking a proactive, analytical, and organized Financial Controller to join its finance team. You will play a key role in controlling, analysis, budgeting, and collaborating with business leaders to improve financial processes and results.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze P&L, balance sheet, and other financial data to identify trends, variances, and optimization opportunities.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly internal reports in line with group standards.
• Monitor segment performance and propose improvements, cost savings, and efficiency enhancements.
• Participate in budget and re‑forecast preparation, data collection, variance tracking, and gradually take ownership of independent process parts.
• Support profitability and cost‑optimization analyses and present findings concisely to management.
• Produce ad‑hoc analyses, collaborate with HQ and central departments, and contribute to finance‑focused projects.
• Ensure financial processes are organized, accurate, on time, and compliant with group requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and budgeting processes.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with financial modeling.
