Financial Controller

About the role

TDV Automotive is seeking a proactive Financial Controller to support its fast‑growing automotive business across Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia‑Herzegovina. You will play a key role in monitoring results, planning finances, reporting to management and providing insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reports for multiple markets and legal entities.
• Analyse business results, key financial indicators and cash‑flow performance.
• Monitor revenue, profitability, margins, operating costs and conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial projection processes.
• Consolidate and analyse financial data across different entities and markets.
• Develop and improve controlling, reporting models, processes and tools.
• Define, track and analyse KPIs, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with accounting and other units to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Support the CFO with presentations, analyses and material preparation for senior management and owners.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics, finance, accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial controlling, reporting, planning or analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash‑flow).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, large data sets).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to link financial data to business outcomes.
• High precision, responsibility and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
