Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee the financial performance of MagnaPharm’s operations across Serbia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo. The role ensures accurate reporting, budgeting and forecasting while supporting strategic decisions for our pharmaceutical service business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly closing packages, including P&L, balance sheet and management presentations in line with Group reporting standards.
• Control accruals, coordinate with accounting service providers and ensure timely booking of transactions.
• Develop the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, monitor variances and provide re‑forecast updates.
• Perform detailed financial analysis of Opex, Capex and Net Working Capital to identify savings and efficiency opportunities.
• Support Business Development with financial modelling, long‑term calculations and ad‑hoc analyses.
• Collaborate with General Management, Central Finance, Sales, Operations and Logistics to ensure compliance and financial efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial controlling, preferably within a multinational or pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong understanding of regional financial performance, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ability to work proactively with cross‑functional teams and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent analytical mindset and attention to detail.
