About the role

Frikom is looking for a Financial Specialist focused on the supply chain to join its Belgrade team. You will work closely with production and logistics to turn data into actionable improvements that boost efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational supply‑chain indicators and identify improvement opportunities.
• Propose, develop and monitor initiatives for cost optimisation and efficiency together with production and logistics teams.
• Perform financial analyses and profitability assessments for new products.
• Create and enhance reporting tools that support data‑driven business decisions.
• Evaluate investment projects and assess their return on investment.
• Participate in budgeting, financial planning and short‑term cost forecasting.
• Support month‑end closing and financial reporting activities.
• Improve planning processes and increase the accuracy of financial forecasts.
• Conduct internal financial and operational controls.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in finance, controlling or analytics.
• Proficient English language skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Analytical mindset, precision and ability to view the broader business picture.
• Proactive, responsible and committed to continuous process improvement.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
