FP&A Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to support and maintain financial models, ensure accurate and timely reporting, and assist with budgeting and forecasting for a fast‑growing SaaS company. The role works closely with the Senior Manager and collaborates across departments in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Compile monthly and quarterly financial reports, highlighting key variances and trends.
• Monitor operating expenses, compare actual spend to budget, and support departmental cost reviews.
• Maintain and update financial databases and models, ensuring reliable SaaS metrics such as ARR and churn.
• Assist the Senior Manager with data collection for annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
• Provide analytical support for ad‑hoc projects, including pricing evaluations and competitive benchmarking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a quantitative role.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to meet multiple deadlines remotely.
• Excellent command of English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
• Experience with or willingness to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with or willingness to learn Power BI.
