FSC Team Lead – US East (Hybrid, Belgrade)

About the role

NCR Atleos is looking for a proactive FSC Team Lead to manage its US East Field Support Center from Belgrade. In this hybrid position you will coach a team of Service Planners, ensure smooth daily operations, and maintain high standards of quality and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of planners handling service requests and field‑technician scheduling.
• Monitor key performance indicators, drive performance improvements and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Handle escalations, support real‑time operations and maintain excellent customer service.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement optimisations.
• Coordinate communication between technicians, stakeholders and global teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in team leadership or customer‑service operations.
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Problem‑solver with a proactive, structured mindset.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for teamwork, development and continuous improvement.
