Fullstack Developer – Medior/Senior

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Medior/Senior Full‑Stack Developer to join Team possible, the technology hub behind Proximus Group. You will design, develop and maintain cockpit tools used by sales agents and shops, ensuring high availability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop high‑quality frontend applications using Angular.
• Build and maintain Java‑based microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Write unit and integration tests and create automation tools for daily tasks.
• Participate in release processes and ensure smooth deployments.
• Collaborate in technical analysis, grooming sessions and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimise applications for uptime and performance.
• Document code changes and keep technical documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in frontend development with Angular.
• 5 years of experience building performant RESTful APIs in Java (GraphQL a plus).
• 2‑3 years of experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, Oracle, Couchbase, etc.).
• Proficiency with Git, Jenkins and Agile/DevOps practices.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication skills in English.
