Game Designer

About the role

Joyteractive, a leading mobile puzzle game developer, is looking for an experienced Game Designer to join its R&D team. You will help shape core gameplay mechanics for iOS and Android titles and contribute to the company’s growing portfolio of popular word and puzzle games.

Key responsibilities

• Design, iterate, and refine core gameplay mechanics for puzzle, casual, and word games.
• Produce clear and concise Game Design Documents (GDDs) that guide the development team.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Use data‑driven insights to inform design decisions and improve player experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional game design experience.
• Deep understanding of core gameplay mechanics and ability to own features.
• Knowledge of mobile market and monetisation trends.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to prioritize product and business goals.
• Excellent written communication in English (B2 or higher).
