Game Release Coordinator

About the role

ARRISE is looking for a Game Release Coordinator to manage its bespoke slots portfolio and ensure successful game launches. You will work closely with commercial teams and cross‑functional partners to deliver high‑quality gaming experiences that meet business goals and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end release process for slot games, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to maximize the business value of the game portfolio.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, design, marketing, support) to align game releases with requirements and regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal leadership, external partners, and regulatory bodies, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Gather stakeholder feedback, propose and implement process improvements.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor market trends to position new releases effectively.

Required profile

• Proven track record of managing successful game releases.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the European gaming or gambling sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating diverse project activities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to handle time‑sensitive issues.
• Hands‑on attitude, willing to roll up sleeves and contribute directly.
