Global HR SSC Specialist – Talent Management

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented HR professional to join our Shared Services Center and support Talent Management and Learning & Development processes. You will be responsible for administering HR systems, coordinating talent‑related activities, and ensuring high data quality while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Talent Management processes in SAP SuccessFactors and other HR platforms.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end Learning & Development activities, including enrollment, scheduling, learner tracking and reporting.
• Support the setup and maintenance of development programs, training content, user access and qualification records.
• Process Talent Management requests and provide administrative support to employees and stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance and adherence to established standards.
• Prepare reports, track KPIs and assist with talent‑related analytics.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation projects and global system enhancements.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, IT or a related field.
• Experience in HR administration, Talent Management, Learning & Development or Shared Services environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills in an international setting.
• Independent, structured and detail‑oriented working style.
• Fluent English; automotive industry knowledge is a plus.
