Growth Manager – AI Platform

About the role

JetBrains is building an AI‑native platform that unifies developer workflows, team collaboration and organizational control. As a Growth Manager you will own the acquisition, onboarding and activation journey for JetBrains AI, helping teams discover the product, understand its value and become active users as quickly as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Define, measure and improve the path from product entry points to meaningful usage.
• Optimize acquisition flows across IDEs, desktop products, plugins, account flows and contextual prompts.
• Create and refine self‑service paths such as trial starts, guided demos, sandbox experiences and interactive walkthroughs.
• Design onboarding, first‑run experiences, contextual prompts and empty‑state messaging.
• Identify friction points in signup, setup and early‑use flows and turn them into product opportunities.
• Lead experiments to boost acquisition conversion, onboarding completion, trial‑to‑active conversion and early repeat usage.
• Partner with Marketing on acquisition journeys and with Monetization on trial experiences and upgrade prompts.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, research and other product teams to ship measurable improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in onboarding, activation and product‑led growth for developer tools, SaaS or AI products.
• Proven track record improving acquisition‑to‑activation funnels, product entry points, onboarding flows or new‑user experiences.
• Understanding of how to connect marketing touchpoints with product experiences.
