Guest Experience Expert / Front Desk Agent

About the role

The Guest Experience Expert is the first point of contact for guests at our luxury property in Belgrade. You will create memorable moments throughout the stay, from check‑in to check‑out, while representing the St. Regis brand with professionalism and warmth.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a solution‑focused approach.
• Provide local area information and recommend services to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records, complete daily reports, and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
• Assist with operational tasks such as luggage handling, room assignments, and coordination with other departments.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 10 lb for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and commitment to safety, confidentiality, and brand standards.
