Guest Service Agent – Reception

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, professional Guest Service Agent to be the first point of contact for guests at The Bristol Belgrade. In this front‑desk role you will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences, handle reservations and inquiries, and support overall guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Handle reservations, telephone calls and guest inquiries efficiently.
• Process payments, billing and other front‑desk transactions.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to resolve guest requests.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hospitality or front‑desk role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
