Head of Finance – Russian Speaker

About the role

Negentrix is seeking a Head of Finance who will lead a small finance team and drive financial planning, reporting, and treasury activities. The role reports directly to the CFO and supports the company’s growth in the DACH region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a finance team of four, allocating tasks and ensuring timely, high‑quality work.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and budget control.
• Prepare financial models, forecasts, and business cases for management decisions.
• Produce monthly financial reports, perform plan‑vs‑actual analysis, and monitor key financial indicators.
• Manage cash flow, treasury processes, and accounts receivable.
• Coordinate external accounting providers, handle tax reporting, and liaise with auditors and tax advisors.

Required profile

• 5+ years of finance experience with at least 2 years in team management.
• Strong financial analysis and management reporting capabilities.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, and understanding of accounting and tax processes.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for results.
• Russian language at C2 level.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
