Host/Hostess – Guest Service

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to welcome guests at our luxury hotel in Belgrade. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience from the moment guests arrive.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, determine party size, and manage seating assignments.
• Prepare tables by pulling out chairs, placing clean menus, napkins, silverware, and any required items.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and follow clean‑as‑you‑go procedures.
• Monitor dining room for seating availability, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Ensure menus are current, clean, and wrinkle‑free.
• Adhere to company safety, security, and uniform policies.
• Answer telephone calls with proper etiquette and assist guests with any inquiries.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 10 lb.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
