About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional front‑desk team member to join Hotel City Savoy in Belgrade. The role is focused on daytime operations and involves direct interaction with guests to ensure a smooth and welcoming stay.
Key responsibilities
- Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
- Handle telephone and e‑mail inquiries from guests.
- Operate the hotel reservation system to record bookings and updates.
- Provide guests with information, assistance, and recommendations during their stay.
- Process payments and perform basic administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Polite, responsible and professional attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Previous reception experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
