About the role

Join the Courtyard team in Belgrade as a Housekeeper, where you will help create memorable guest experiences by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the entire hotel. You will work in a dynamic environment, supporting both guest rooms and public areas while upholding Marriott International’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring fresh linens, tidy spaces, and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms to a high standard of hygiene.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items and addressing concerns.
• Stock housekeeping carts and supply rooms with necessary amenities.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear communication.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a customer‑focused mindset.
