HR Manager – Business Partner (Belgrade)

About the role

We are seeking an HR Manager who partners closely with commercial leaders in Serbia and the Adriatic region. The role focuses on aligning people decisions with business objectives, fostering strong relationships, and delivering practical HR solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on organizational priorities, team effectiveness and people‑related decisions.
• Support and coach managers on employee relations, organizational changes and day‑to‑day people challenges.
• Lead delivery of HR services across assigned teams, ensuring a consistent employee experience.
• Drive workforce planning and organizational initiatives aligned with business needs.
• Provide insights and recommendations to help leaders make sound people decisions.
• Lead and develop a team of HR professionals covering HR Operations and Business Partnering.
• Collaborate with regional and global Centers of Excellence on talent, learning, reward and recruitment processes.
• Ensure compliance with Serbian labour legislation, internal policies and HR standards.
• Promote a culture of trust, accountability and collaboration.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience in HR Manager, HR Business Partner or People Partner roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Sciences or a related field.
• Strong foundation in HR Business Partnering and Employee Relations.
• Proven ability to lead HR teams and work across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Deep knowledge of Serbian labour legislation and HR operational practices.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and a pragmatic, people‑focused problem‑solving approach.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
